Johnny's Thought for the Day
Today, I got a beautiful email from Angela at http://www.batheuphoria.com/ that included a video link that brought tears to my eyes.
I am passing the video on to you and while asking you to please consider watching it. The message is worth it.
It brought two thoughts to my mind:- What special thing did I do for a customer today?
- Everyone has great value. Who did I take for granted today, why and how can I change that tomorrow?

This is so special and I too had tears in my eyes. I try to do something special like putting a free bar of soap in large orders, but not on the smaller orders. I think I will be finding something extra to put in each one. Thanks so much for sharing this. I received a similar e-mail with famous quotations I ordered from the same place and did not see this one listed.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I'm thinking of a way to incorporate something similar at my store. I have my employee helping me to come up with the thoughts for each day! Thank you Johnny & Debbie!

That was one of the most touching videos I have seen, bless your heart for posting it. Yes it is all about going the extra step to make someone happy or feel special. I place a letter of appreciation and a free sample of my chunky crumbles in everyones order, you wouldn't believe the response I get. Again Thanks for sharing this video. I always enjoy your heart felt passion when reading your blog.
