With regard to the new website......

When you place an item in your WSP Personal Shopping List, the item is stored on our servers. The items will stay in your list until you delete them.

When you are shopping and place an item in the shopping cart, this item is held on your computer hard drive with a "cookie". In the checkout process, it moves from your hard drive to our computer servers and we fill your order as directed.

If you are trying to add items to your cart and they are not showing up, you need to reset your computer cookies. I find that computer updates and anti-viral software updates sometimes change your cookie settings. That is why cookies can work well and then all of a sudden not work.
