I use bloglines (a feed aggregator) to follow your blog. Does that count?
I appreciate you following the blog. I too use a feed aggregator to follow my favorite blogs.
By adding to the "Regular Readers" others can see your profile. It would just be another way to increase your business exposure.
In saying that, I have had several private emails for those not wanting others to see their website. That is okay too...for those people I am encouraging them to use the feed system.
It just becomes a case of personal preference.
